Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to develop understanding of heavy construction safety practices.
• Willingness to obtain knowledge of CMT principles and ASTM laboratory standards, leading to certifications.
• OSHA 10 certification may be required.
• Strong communication skills (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of materials including soils, aggregates, and concrete on project sites.
• Perform routine field and/or laboratory tests according to industry standards.
• Collect data, perform calculations, and assist with drafting and administrative duties.
• Maintain daily communication with site contractors, technicians, and project managers.
• Receive training in ECS methodology and document findings precisely.
