Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is hiring an Expeditor in Odessa, TX. The role coordinates and expedites the delivery of equipment and materials, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate inventory across multiple projects.

You will work closely with engineering, construction, and external vendors to resolve issues and keep procurement on track. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of expediting experience on construction sites, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of expediting engineering/construction projects.
• Direct job site construction experience required; travel may be needed.
• Knowledge of pipe, fittings, flanges, electrical and instrumentation materials.
• Advanced skills in data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material movement by tracking deliveries for multiple SI projects.
• Contribute to project managers and procurement to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Maintain daily call log with suppliers; follow up as needed.
• Update expediting records and correspondence for all projects.
• Attend project meetings to inform team of critical path items.
• Build relationships with vendor suppliers and contacts.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and Procurement.
