Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years expediting engineering and construction projects.
• Direct job site experience in construction is required.
• Proficiency with data entry and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material movement by tracking and reporting deliveries for multiple projects.
• Support Project Managers, Procurement, and Construction to meet PO dates.
• Maintain daily call logs with suppliers and follow up as needed.
• Update expediting records and correspondence for projects.
• Attend project meetings to inform on critical path items.
• Build relationships with vendor suppliers and contacts.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and Procurement.
