Mannik Smith Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for our Las Vegas, Nevada office. This role involves liaising with clients and contractors, overseeing construction budgets, and ensuring project compliance.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Construction Manager.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in water/wastewater construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Liaison or Main Contact/Coordinator with Client and Contractor during construction projects.
• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Oversee Construction Contract Budget and review Payment Applications.
