The Thrasher Group is seeking a Construction Inspector to support water-related projects across West Virginia, Southeast Ohio, and Southwest Pennsylvania. You will oversee on-site activities, ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and maintain comprehensive project records while coordinating with owners, engineers, and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of construction inspection experience, OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications, and a background in water treatment is

• 3–5 years of relevant construction inspection experience.
• OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications highly desirable.
• Water treatment: Class 3 or higher certification advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in on-site activities with residents, property owners, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of project quantities, daily reports, and changes.
• Keep accurate redline and as-built drawings documenting project modifications.
• Monitor work to identify and prevent construction defects.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders (owners, engineers, contractors).
• Travel to project sites as needed, including extended stays away from home during the week.
