Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support scheduling, safety inspections, punch list completion, and new home orientation tasks. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, or 0–2 years of homebuilding/construction experience.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• Must demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Office (Word and Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist with new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist with model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist with service-related issues and daily coordination with stakeholders.
