Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support project teams in Florida. You will assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules, inspect sites for safety, and help complete punch lists and new home orientation tasks while engaging with subcontractors, homeowners, and division personnel.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Effective communication skills required.
Computer literacy with MS Word and Excel.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Valid auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
Inspects and enforces job safety requirements.
Completes 'punch lists' and assists in completion of new home orientation lists.
Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
Ensure job site cleanliness and assists in completion of model/inventory maintenance.
Assists in areas of service-related issues.
Daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
