Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support scheduling, safety inspections, punch lists, and new home orientations. You will collaborate with division personnel, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality homes.

The role offers hands-on learning to prepare for future leadership in construction management, with exposure to meetings, training, and field activities across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record; valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist with new home orientation tasks.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in model/inventory maintenance.
• Address service-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
