Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee in Winter Haven, FL. The role supports the construction management process, helping with scheduling, safety inspections, punch lists, and new home orientation tasks.

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate effectively in a team setting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.
Strong basic computer skills including MS Office products.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
Inspects and enforces job safety requirements.
Completes punch lists and assists in completion of new home orientation lists.
Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in model/inventory maintenance.
Assist in areas of service-related issues.
Daily interaction with division personnel, subcontractors, partners, and homeowners.
