The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 2–4 years in construction. Strong communication and blueprint-reading skills are essential, along with budget and permit knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires practical knowledge of construction management gained through advanced education and experience.
• University degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to manage construction processes in a high-production environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in reading blueprints.
• General knowledge of building codes and permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise.
• Evaluate project schedules and adjust resources to reflect project needs for timely completion.
• Ensure each home is completed on schedule and compliant with plans, specs, and codes.
• Manage customer experience through regular communications and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Purchasing teams to address improvements.
