You will support project teams including architects, engineers and designers, and help manage cost estimates, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, logs, and site inspections. Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
• Understanding of building design and construction requirements.
• Knowledge of building systems including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction cost estimates based on takeoffs and project needs.
• Coordinate project scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and logs.
• Manage documentation and conduct site inspections.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design staff.
