The role is based in Colby Co.’s Portland office with occasional travel, offering a full-time position, salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience with construction cost estimates, scheduling, and site inspections.
• Strong written and verbal communications and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction cost estimates based on takeoffs and project scheduling.
• Review submittals and RFIs; maintain logs and documentation.
• Perform site inspections and monitoring; coordinate with architects, engineers, and design staff.
