SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties is seeking an organized, tech-savvy Construction Manager to lead our subcontract-based division. You will focus on managing project timelines, keeping subcontractors on schedule, converting lead opportunities into signed contracts, and maintaining budget targets.

You will direct an onsite Construction Superintendent, coordinate subcontractor supplies, and ensure thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Construction background or Xactimate experience is a strong bonus.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project timelines is required or highly preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

In this role, your primary focus is managing project timelines, keeping subcontractors on schedule, converting lead opportunities into signed contracts, and maintaining budget targets. While a construction background or Xactimate experience is a strong bonus, we highly value your ability to leverage technology, follow processes, communicate clearly, and master project documentation. You will direct an onsite Construction Superintendent who coordinates subcontractor supplies and site check-ins, with administrative staff available to assist your operations. Daily duties include evaluating jobs, building estimates, negotiating terms, and keeping insurance carriers and clients updated. If you have strong project management, account management, or operations experience with a track record of driving efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
