SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties is seeking a Construction Manager to lead our subcontract-based division and drive project timelines, contracts, and budgets. The role emphasizes leveraging technology, process discipline, and clear communication to manage documentation and drive efficiency.

You will direct an onsite Construction Superintendent who coordinates subcontractors and site check-ins, supported by administrative staff.

• Construction background or Xactimate experience is a strong bonus.
