Neeljym Search Group seeks an experienced Construction Manager/Owner's Representative to lead data center construction projects from ground-up to live. You will own site work, infrastructure, ductwork, and water/waste scopes on multi-million dollar builds with limited travel.

You bring 5+ years of managing large projects, plus data center or mission-critical experience, and you will lead teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large commercial or industrial projects (20M–100M+).
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial builds.
• Comfortable managing site work, infrastructure, and MEP-heavy scopes.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that inspire teams.
