Job summary

Crusoe is expanding our modular AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering innovative, multi-site mission-critical facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing.

As a Construction Manager focusing on our Spark deployment, you will oversee all phases of construction—from site development to final turnover—and manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience (base build + TI preferred).
• Experience with Civil Engineering and site improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move-in
• Manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety
• Oversee site improvement, electrical/mechanical installation, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and site logistics through turnover to operations
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
• Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
