Job summary

Air Products is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead mega-scale capital projects across North America, including hydrogen, ammonia, and gas facilities. This 100% travel role includes per diem and a monthly trip home, with assignments typically 1–2 years at location.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated safety leadership on construction sites.
• 10+ years of heavy industry construction experience.
• Track record in safety, quality, contract management, planning and progress tracking.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and enforce a progressive safety program with a goal of zero incidents.
• Coordinate activities of multiple subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage construction contracts to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Resolve execution obstacles to enable subcontractors' success.
• Manage RFIs, CCOs, and mitigate cost/schedule issues.
• Report progress using construction productivity tools.
