Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Certifications: PMP, LEED AP, CCM are a plus; OSHA 30 required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design development, contractor selection, and construction management.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to align designs with goals.
