The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction management, advanced knowledge of regulations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably within financial services or corporate real estate.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, risk management, insurance protocols, and trades.
• Budget development and forecasting experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Certifications: PMP, LEED AP, CCM are a plus; OSHA 30 within 6 months.
• Software: Procore, AutoCAD, BIM, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire construction process from design development to completion.
• Develop and track project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to align designs with budget.
• Select, negotiate with, and oversee contractors and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates on status, budget, and timelines.
• Guide subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and alignment.
