FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of the facilities construction process from design through project completion.

The role requires deep knowledge of construction practices, budgeting, regulatory permitting, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors. Hybrid work options are available; the position demands strong leadership and proactive budget control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably within financial services or corporate real estate.
• Knowledge of building codes, risk management, insurance, and various trades; budget development and forecasting.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, CCM are a plus; OSHA 30 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: lead the entire construction process from design to completion and ensure quality.
• Budget Management: develop, track, and control project budgets with accountability.
• Design Collaboration: work with architects and engineers to meet goals within budget.
• Contractor Management: select and oversee contractors and subcontractors; resolve disputes.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate subconsultants and promote safety, quality, and accountability across teams.
