Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects for several clients, coordinating with general contractors, engineers, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing docs, leading meetings, on-site progress checks, and ensuring close-out documentation is complete. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field is preferred; or 10 years related experience and/or training is required.
• Computer skills to enter timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
• Travel up to 50% to project sites, inspections, or meetings required.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support achievement of project objectives.
• Conduct reviews of vendor proposals and awards in coordination with the client.
• Lead weekly project meetings during the construction phase.
• Oversee on-site progress to ensure compliance with schedule and budget.
• Inspect work and verify contract terms and specifications are met.
• Communicate project issues and impacts to leadership and clients.
• Ensure close-out documents and punch lists are completed before final release.
