Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or Architecture preferred.
• Five or more years of combined in-field and office experience (estimating, scheduling, quality control, construction management).
• Ability to vary management style to match situational needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the construction phase activities and construction costs for various work requests and projects.
• Monitor performance of contractors and subcontractors across Mayo Clinic sites.
• Perform estimating, bidding, scheduling, constructing, maintenance or remodeling, life safety inspections and move-in coordination.
