Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires registered Professional Civil Engineer in CA or CCM certification.
• Minimum 10 years in construction management.
• At least 2 years in street improvement/mobility construction management with utilities/permits.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction by City forces or private contractors per BOE PDM.
• Oversee on-site activities and coordination with City departments and inspectors.
• Maintain construction docs using BOE systems (e2020/UPRS).
• Lead weekly on-site meetings with stakeholders and contractors.
