Job summary

ACS is seeking Construction Manager Interns for summer 2027 in Verona, WI and Troy, MI with on-site opportunities in Lafayette and Muncie, IN and Waukesha, WI. Gain experience in scheduling, budgeting, bid development, and project documentation while supporting teams across disciplines.

You will work with clients from design through closeout, learn to review design documents, manage costs in software, and visit sites for real-world exposure to project requirements and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Construction Management or a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Experience with scheduling software or project cost estimating tools is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication and client-service skills.
• Willingness to travel for occasional meetings with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management duties for construction projects.
• Support budget development and updates; help track costs.
• Prepare bids, work with RFI responses, and document meetings.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers to review documents and criteria.
• Enter and track project data in expedition and other cost-tracking tools.
