Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in construction planning and management including contracts, change, cost and schedule management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor, and stakeholders.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor coordination, scheduling and quality control.
• Prepare project management and construction management plans.
• Develop procedures for contract administration and implement with the project team.
• Manage procurement, schedules, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Monitor design progression relative to construction requirements.
• Perform value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate bids and procurement activities.
• Prepare schedules, pay requests, and progress reports.
• Ensure health and safety program compliance.
• Control project budget and schedule.
