Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager near Longmont, CO to drive the homebuilding process from permitting through delivery. You will coordinate trade partners, oversee safety, and ensure quality while meeting schedule and budget targets.

The role requires strong knowledge of home construction, blueprint-reading ability, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office. A base salary ranges from $80,000 to $112,000 with a quarterly bonus and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of construction experience or education.
• Strong knowledge of home construction.
• Ability to read architectural/structural blueprints, off-site improvement plans & soil reports.
• Knowledge of building codes and scopes of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages the homebuilding construction process for a designated community.
• Oversees trade partners to ensure quality control, adherence to scopes of work and safety protocols.
• Schedules construction activities, deliveries, inspections, and budgeted milestones.
• Acts as on-site primary representative with trade partners, customers and inspectors.
• May mentor Assistant Construction Managers and provide training to staff.
