Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to plan and manage the homebuilding process for a designated community. You will oversee trade partners, ensure quality control, safety, and timely delivery of homes while coordinating with external consultants, homeowners, and internal teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of home construction, ability to read blueprints, and a minimum of 4 years of experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant construction experience or education.
• Strong knowledge of home construction and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade partners and consultants; approve changes and purchase orders.
• Ensure onsite safety and enforce safety protocols.
• Schedule construction activities, deliveries, and inspections to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate starts and adjust schedules based on field conditions.
• Oversee permitting, delivery, and first-year warranty processes if needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, quality standards, and environmental/safety programs.
