Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is required.
• Seven or more years of progressive construction management experience preferred.
• Experience with educational facility projects and athletic field work is preferred.
• Ability to interpret plans and contract terms, develop budgets, and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and analyze projects for compliance with building and safety codes.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and revisions with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Develop quality control programs and cost tracking reports.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Drive permitting processes and ensure client project documents are followed.
