MBP in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Construction Manager to lead vertical building projects across government, commercial, and institutional sectors. You will act as the owner’s liaison with general contractors, oversee on-site activities, monitor schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and documentation, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones.
The role requires proven construction progression, field oversight experience, and the ability to manage submittals, RFIs, and change

- Experience in vertical building construction across government, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Job-site construction inspection experience on specialized, multidisciplinary projects.

- Chair pre-construction and progress meetings; prepare minutes.
- Monitor submittal workflow for timely material approvals and delivery.
- Track and expedite resolution of critical submittals.
- Monitor RFI workflow for timely responses.
- Conduct QA inspections and generate reports with site details.
- Create a register of deficient work and track resolutions.
- Supplement inspections with HoloBuilder 360-degree imaging.
- Supplement inspections with aerial drone photography/video.
- Monitor contractor compliance and maintain inspection reports.
- Review invoices and change orders for entitlement and pricing.
