Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator/Installer for EV Installation to join our team. You will operate heavy equipment and assist in installing EV infrastructure, piping, electrical, and concrete work at fueling and charging sites.

Ideal candidates bring strong coordination, ability to read plans, troubleshoot equipment, and work safely under time constraints while collaborating with foremen and crews.

Qualifications

• Operate heavy equipment with safety
• Read gauges, dials, indicators and adjust accordingly
• Coordinate actions with other workers
• Detect and fix operating problems
• Identify strong/weak solutions and select best approach
• Lift 75–100 lbs when required

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles/trailers.
• Maintain and store equipment/materials safely and cleanly.
• Observe material distribution and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Communicate proactively with foreman and coworkers.
• Complete required paperwork, reporting, and documentation.
