Job summary

CSEngineering is seeking a Construction Manager to lead and support multidisciplinary DoD construction projects at a Colorado Springs installation. The role emphasizes project controls, cost estimating, and field execution with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in construction/contract work, a degree in construction management or technology, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and ACES.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in construction management or construction technology.
• Minimum five years of construction or contract-related experience.
• Knowledge of construction standards, cost estimating, and project controls.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, ACES or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from requirements through closeout and as-built docs.
• Develop project requirement packages with schedules and cost estimates.
• Monitor operations for compliance with plans, specs, safety, and schedules.
• Review submittals, progress, payments, and quality-control docs.
• Lead or support meetings, field surveys, inspections, and issue resolution.
• Investigate issues and prepare recommendations for contract changes.
• Maintain complete project files including inspections and cost data.
