Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) seeks a Construction Manager to lead Houston, TX region data division projects. You will oversee construction from start to finish, coordinate with project teams, ensure safety and quality, and meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction processes, means and methods.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Ability to plan and see the big picture across projects.
• Strong leadership and HR management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction of projects through completion.
• Coordinate with PM, Operations, Deployment, Subcontractors, Engineering, Logistics, clients and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Review projects to schedule and coordinate deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Direct Deployment Team and allocate internal and subcontractor resources.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available for project delivery and inventory management.
• Meet contractual construction commitments.
• Daily review of construction progress.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan to anticipate and mitigate problems and resolve issues.
• Support permits and licenses as required.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and techniques.
