Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects.
• Experience with ERP systems and developing reports for management review.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage MAC jobs.
• Obtain necessary resources, plan, and schedule work.
• Oversee Planner Board management and placeholders.
• Submit procurement requests and coordinate procurement and delivery.
• Complete project closeout documentation and update systems.
• Forecast job scheduling with a four-week lookahead.
• Create NCCO quotes and submit them through NetSuite for approval.
