Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is looking for a Project Manager in the Schaumburg, IL area to support our Data division's In-Building Wireless Solutions team. The role involves coordinating projects, managing budgets, and delivering within scope, schedule, and cost.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project coordination/management, experience with DAS systems, ERP reporting, and strong communication with stakeholders. A PMP credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management.
• Experience in relevant technology B2B industry (3–5 years).
• PMP certification is highly desired or working towards PMP.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and prioritize for internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Propose solutions to resolve basic project issues with limited guidance.
• Track project activities against schedule and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop reports for management review and forecasting.
• Exercise judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Communicate and collaborate with other teams and customers.
