• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and developing reports for management review.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage MAC jobs and resources.
• Coordinate procurement requests and delivery for projects.
• Oversee Planner Board management and scheduling with four-week lookahead.
• Conduct kickoff calls and maintain project communications.
