FTS Technical Services is seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Inspector to join one of the nation's premier pharmaceutical construction projects in Lebanon, Indiana. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are achieved during the construction of a state‑of‑the‑art pharmaceutical manufacturing campus.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) inspection within industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, life sciences, data center, or other highly regulated construction environments.
The CSA QA/QC Inspector is responsible for verifying that all Civil, Structural, and Architectural work complies with project specifications, engineering drawings, contract documents, applicable building codes, and client quality requirements. This position works closely with construction management, subcontractors, engineering teams, and client representatives to identify quality issues, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed before work progresses.
Quality and documentation are critical on pharmaceutical projects, making attention to detail and a commitment to excellence essential.

You are a detail‑oriented construction quality professional who takes pride in getting the work right the first time. Expected Hourly Rate: $40 - $55 per hour based on experience. This is a suggested range that could be lower or higher based on experience.
