Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (e.g., civil, environmental, transportation).
• Four (4) years of progressive professional engineering experience, including at least two (2) years of lead/supervisory experience.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs supervisory engineering and construction management for CIP projects.
• Reviews construction plans and development proposals for scope, standards, and specifications.
• Develops concept designs, identifies project risks, and prepares cost estimates.
• Oversees preparation of technical and contract specifications per requirements.
• Manages project delivery from design through closeout, including scheduling and budgets.
• Coordinates construction inspection and administration to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
• Monitors contractor performance, project budgets, and schedules; implements corrective actions.
• Coordinates with agencies, utilities, and stakeholders for approvals and regulatory compliance.
