Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use per CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff to meet company standards in customer service and marketing execution.
• Ensure timely and effective communication to all employees.
• Organize site files, manage reports, and oversee merchandise display and pricing.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; budget and forecast P&L lines.
• Safeguard money and manage cash received/disbursed.
• Work indoors most of the time; outdoor duties for parking lots and pumps as needed.
• Operate with minimal direction and supervision.
