Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

HomeRiver Group is seeking a Remote/WFH Construction Manager to join their team. The Construction Manager will provide comprehensive construction management services for properties in construction, including physical inspections, developing action plans for projects, and serving as on-site expert for scope of work, cost estimates, and workflow priorities in both routine and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

1. Manage activities within the Construction administration area, either directly or through Project Managers.
2. Prepare bid packages, conduct site inspections, develop scope of work, specifications, and documentation.
3. Oversee contract award processes, including bid advertising, analysis, contractor evaluation, and project scheduling.
4. Administer contracts through inspections, change orders, payments, and coordination of contractors/subcontractors.
5. Handle contract close-out, including final inspections, punch lists, documentation, and final payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in residential construction renovation or SFR management.
• 1-3 years supervising or leading work teams.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Strategic thinking and opportunity identification skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across various audiences.
• Team-oriented with enthusiasm for collaborative success.
