Job summary

Schumacher Homes in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site homebuilding projects, coordinating trades, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and delivering an exceptional homeowner experience.

The role requires residential construction experience, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency with mobile devices and Outlook to communicate with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Prior scattered-site residential construction experience.
• Technical construction knowledge to understand construction processes and terminology to assist in management of field personnel and systems.
• Computer experience – the ability to use technology (Smart Phone, I-Pad). Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Work with the customer to build their dream home, schedule trades and ensure the home is built with attention to quality, meeting building time expectations and exceeding homeowner satisfaction.
• Builds assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards.
