We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Data Center Construction to join our growing team in Texas. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on overseeing complex projects from ground-breaking to handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all on-site construction activities for Data Center projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Lead project meetings, reporting regularly on progress, risks, and budget
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Proven experience managing small and large-scale Data Center construction projects

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
• 7+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
