Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a field-based Construction Manager to oversee construction activities across ultrapure water (UPW), wastewater, and reclamation projects. In this role, you will drive safe, high-quality execution from project initiation through final handover, serving as the primary on-site interface between engineering, project management, contractors, and site operations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead on-site construction and installation activities through commissioning and handover
  • Oversee daily field operations and resolve construction issues
  • Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and constructability requirements
  • Manage schedule execution and drive milestone achievement
  • Direct mechanical and electrical/control installation activities
  • Supervise rigging and heavy equipment operations
  • Oversee piping installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Manage receiving, inspection, storage, and tracking of materials
  • Lead coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and issues while supporting customer interactions
Position Details
  • Location: USA (Project Site Assignments)
  • Travel: Up to 95% travel depending on project assignment, including domestic and potentially international travel
  • Reporting: Reports to Projects Leader with a dotted line to Global Construction Manager
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–8+ years of construction management or site supervision experience
  • Experience with piping systems (PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, SS, CS)
  • Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and installation practices
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate field execution
  • No Immigration sponsorship provided for this role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UPW, semiconductor waste/reclaim water, or high-purity water systems operations or installation
  • Experience on large EPC or industrial construction projects
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this role is $105,000-120,000. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
