Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to support standardization and implementation of processes, travel to field offices, and conduct operational startup meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of related experience, plus prior supervisory/managerial experience and solid project management skills. You must be authorized to work in the United States and pass pre-employment screening.

Job description

Our Construction Manager shall assist in the standardization and implementation of processes as well as assist with Operational Startup meetings. Other key responsibilities include traveling to field offices, performing operational training, monitoring operational performance, and reporting any process successes or failures to management. To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunication or general construction industry; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment/software; familiarity with telecommunications construction operations is a plus; candidates should have the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
