Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager in Phoenix, AZ to join the Construction Management team, coordinating projects with stakeholders, contractors, designers, and commissioning teams.

You will ensure successful execution from planning through turnover, with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction, strong knowledge of MEP systems, and excellent communication and organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience on mission-critical, data center, industrial, or other highly technical projects.
• Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction projects, develop detailed plans, and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Monitor construction progress, verify safety and quality, and identify field issues and schedule risks.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and commissioning teams to ensure project execution.
• Review contracts, cost estimates, change requests, and assess impacts to cost and schedule.
• Support commissioning and turnover activities while tracking action items, risks, and project status.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
