Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company seeks a Construction Specialist to oversee field quality and audits for Coax and Fiber work. You will ensure networks meet standards, inspect related infrastructure, and coordinate with contractors and teams.

Travel to multiple sites is expected; availability for overnight stays is required. Strong reading of design prints and documentation, plus proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and Smartsheet, are essential.

Qualifications

• Coax and Fiber construction experience required.
• Network Maintenance Technician experience is a plus.
• Ability to read design prints and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Smartsheet.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently in a field-focused role.

• Update JT/Polaris documentation and complete audit reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, network technicians, and internal teams to resolve construction issues.
• Use Microsoft Office, Teams, and Smartsheet for daily documentation and project tracking.
• Travel to various job sites as required; overnight stays may be necessary.
