Base pay range

$40.00/yr - $41.38/yr

Minimum Requirements

• Must understand underground & aerial fiber installation, splicing, testing, and construction drawings/blueprints

Site Inspection Capabilities

• Able to independently inspect both outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) fiber installations
• Familiar with aerial/underground construction, small cell nodes, and in-building facilities
• Must know permitting, pole/conduit licensing, and be able to manage multiple active projects

Tech & Field Tools Knowledge

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio)
• Google Earth
• Adobe Acrobat
• Able to do field measurements, audit verifications, and photo inspections.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fiber Engineers and Field Ops
• Manage vendors and subcontractors
• Perform constructability reviews
• Handle permits and construction plan development
• Maintain schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Attend meetings, provide updates to leadership
• Use project tracking systems
• Enforce safety and quality control standards
• Negotiate vendor costs and ensure budget adherence
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site issues
