Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or operational systems support.
• Experience supporting design-build or general contracting environments.
• Strong knowledge of Procore and related construction management platforms.
• Ability to develop SOPs, training materials, and workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations and operational reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, optimization, standardization, and adoption of enterprise construction systems.
• Administer Procore and related platforms; manage templates, permissions, and audits.
• Develop scalable workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Drive process improvements with operations and project teams.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Operations, and Field Leadership to align system use.
• Support rollout planning and user adoption initiatives.
