Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in St. Louis seeks a Project Manager to guide construction projects from inception to completion.

You will oversee estimates, schedules, quality control, progress reporting, safety, and design coordination with owners and the design team to add value and ensure success. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of project management experience, design-build preference, and strong skills with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules; coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage project from inception to completion including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and safety.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop concepts and drawings.
• Lead meetings with owner to review scope and value engineering options.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct regular on-site meetings and ensure client expectations are met.
