Job summary

AR Systems Inc. in Greater St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams, ensuring safety, quality, budgets, and schedules stay on track. This full-time role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of successful Project Management experience.
• At least 1+ year of experience working with a General Contractor.
• Commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with Procore and strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction: develop and manage bid/estimate processes and review project scopes.
• Execute buyouts and develop base budgets; create and maintain project schedules.
• Produce submittal logs and maintain client communication.
• Construction: lead OAC meetings; track and communicate change-order costs; prepare weekly/monthly progress, cost, and forecasting reports.
• Post-Construction: collect and organize closeout documents and warranty information; deliver O&M manuals to clients; coordinate facility training sessions.
