Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in construction technology, building construction, civil engineering, business or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Learn preconstruction tasks such as takeoffs and estimating.
• Assist in project management activities: schedules, submittals, RFIs.
• Support field operations onsite, ensuring quality and safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and review bid scope sheets.
• Assist with documentation including daily reports and close-out duties.
